Our heavenly father we thank you,
for one more time you’ve called us to meet and
worship you and study your work, the words of our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We thank you that we
are in a part of the world that we can study your
word, the Bread of Life, the Bible is available to
us and we can take it and feed on it without being
persecuted, tortured, or killed. We thank you above
everything for our Lord Jesus who died for our sake
that we may be forgiven and have eternal life and
fellowship with you and the gift of the Holy
Spirit. We ask you to bless the leaders of our
country that they may all be Christ-like and great
soul winners for you. We ask you to bless the
Moslems all over the world that they may know Christ
and call him Lord and Savior. Please bless every
reader of this message here, that they too may cast
all away and take Christ only. We ask all this in
the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
“And Jesus said unto her, I am
the Resurrection and the Life; he that believeth on
me, though he was dead, yet shall he live; and
whosoever liveth and believeth on me shall never
die. Believeth thou this?” (John 11:25-26)
Dear friend, we have just been
very blessed by the Lord more than ever before in
this life. Because the Lord just gave us another
chance to hear the words of our Savior, Jesus
Christ. There words are truthful, powerful, and
everlasting; they are the very words of God Himself,
to every one of us.
We pray that Lord the Holy Spirit
will do the works of conviction and these words will
register on your heart forever and lead you to the
Savior, and soon the Lord will use you to do His
works and win many souls for Him and earn many
crowns in heaven.
The opening
scripture words of this message were spoken by
Christ about 2000 years ago to His audience then and
now. He speaks to every one of us. Now let us
focus on the person of Christ and ask for His
blessings to each reader of this message that we may
understand the meaning of His words.
The word resurrection means “the
act of rising from the dead.” Christ tells us that
He is Himself is the very act of resurrection. So
He is the resurrection and definitely without Him
there is no resurrection of the dead. We Christians
know this by the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. Christ
is what He says He is, He is the beginning and the
end 1, and surely without beginning and
the ending there would not be a resurrection.
He also tells us that He is “the
Life,” and in Him is Life 2. He is
telling us right now “ He that believeth on me,
though he were dead, yet shall he live,” so we know
this fact that without Christ there is no Life
anywhere, because He is God and He created it all3.
Man without Christ is the body of
Death4, the total Darkness5,
and there is no truth in him6. In fact,
the word of God says that the Law was given by Moses
(for man to know that he is a sinner and in
violation of the Law of God). But grace and truth
came by Jesus Christ 7.
All men have sinned and violated
the Law8 that God gave to Moses on Mount
Sinai9. God says that by the works of
the Law man cannot be justified10, but by
having faith in Jesus Christ who is the forgiver of
our sins 11. God also tells us that
those who refuse The Good News 12, are
not saved and already condemned to death13,
and will perish14.
In His revelation of the person
of Christ, the Lord tells us that He is the
Resurrection and the Life. That is being born again15,
and being resurrected from the body of death16,
on to the truth17, and living the eternal
life18.
My friend, the Lord has blessed
you by leading to this message at the time of your
life. It is a divine appointment between you and
God, your creator. He is revealing to you and
telling you about the ultimate revelation of Himself
the person of Christ19. He wants you to
make a decision here and now, because there may not
be another time or another place for you. God wants
you to know the good news and the Gospel of the
Kingdom20. The Good News, or the Gospel,
is that God sent Jesus Christ to this world, and He
was crucified and died on the cross for the sins of
man and rose the third day, and now is in heaven.
And all who believe in Him and repents of their
sins shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
The word of God tells us that
there is nothing good about man21. Man is
born a sinner22. Our works and even our
good works will not please God23. But
God loves man so much that he sent Jesus Christ to
this sin saturated world to save him. Christ died
for our sins and in Him was no sin. He gave His
life for us almost 2000 years ago that he can save
us today if we believe, He will give us His own
nature, the very Himself. If we believe in His
deity of being conceived by the Holy Spirit in his
mother Mary, His sinless life on the earth, which
that by itself is the miracle of the miracles, and
proved that he was God because man is a sinner but
God does not sin. God’s nature is just and sinless
and cannot sin because that would be against Himself
and His nature. It is only man of all the creatures
who commits sin and is his own murderer 25.
If we believe that Christ was
crucified, died on the cross, rose on the third day,
and now is alive and well in Heaven, if we repent of
our sins and ask the living Christ to enter our
hearts and give us His own life, we will be saved by
Him, and He will do that right now. Sinner, the
innocent Christ, the sinless Christ died for you
that you may call on Him and He will come and live
in you and will save you from the wrath of God. He
wants to give you Himself right now. Would you
rather have your sins and serve the prince of this
world, the devil, or have the very God Himself to be
your companion and friend forever? The living
Christ is the final gift of God to man. Would you
receive His gift26, the living Christ
right now? God will forgive all our sins because of
Jesus Christ. Wouldn’t you like to have all of your
sins forgiven forever?
My friend, you can be sure that
the sacrifice of animals and shedding of their blood
will not take your sins away28. You can
be sure that your good works will not get you
pardoned and get you into heaven29. Your
material possessions cannot bring you redemption or
salvation, and some day your earthly possessions
will be a witness against you 30.
Whatever you are dedicated to and worshipping now
will someday testify against you!
What a horrible thought it is to
reject Christ and not call on Him to save you right
now. Christ is our peace with God 31,
and without Him, we are God’s enemy 32.
There will never be peace between man and God until
Christ enters into the heart of man and makes him a
new creation 33.
What is it that is holding you
back from coming to the Savior? Are you afraid of
man to come to God? You let man stand between you
and God and take you to Hell with himself? Just
think about it. All men have died, from the first
one to the last one who has been born into this
world. All graves of the sinners are all over the
world, but Christ is alive, the earth could not hold
Him. God tells us the soul that sins shall die34.
But Christ is alive and wants to give you himself
now. Then you will be called a Christian, (a
carrier of Christ, the very God Himself). You can
be sure that anytime man rejects God’s offer of love
and mercy through Christ God suffers. Because God
loves man and wants to save him, and there is not
any other way but through Christ35.
Dear friend it would be a
horrible thing to fall into the hands of an angry
God36.
The scripture verse at the
beginning of this message ends with Christ asking us
if we believe his previous statement about his
deity.
Dear friends now this question is
being asked of you by the Lord Himself. Now you
answer Him if you believe Him or not! If you do
believe Him, then it is the work of God37
and he has reveled Himself to you as your savior.
For flesh and blood cannot reveal the deity of God
to man, but God himself 38. You are most
blessed to be forgiven and redeemed because of what
Jesus Christ did for you and your sins on the
cross!
Now I hope that you are ready to
call on the Lord to save you. If you are, then you
may say this prayer:
Dear God, I know I am a sinner.
I am sorry for my sins and I apologize and repent of
my sins. Now I know that Christ suffered and died
for my sins. Now Lord Jesus, I ask you to come into
my heart and help me to live the way you want me to
live forever. I ask you all this in the Name of
Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior, Amen.
If you said this prayer and
genuinely repented for you sins, you’ve become a new
Christian. You are just born again. Born into the
kingdom of God and have become a partaker of the
Holy of the Holies, the Body of Christ.
Dear friend, the most wonderful
thing has happened to you right at this moment.
Because of you believing in Christ as your savior
and your repentance you have gone from death to
eternal life and you will never die or go to Hell,
and that is all because of your faith in God through
Christ our Lord and Savior! And that is His promise
at the scripture verses that were quoted to you from
the Bible at the beginning of this message.
Congratulations for becoming a
Christian. Now get yourself a New Testament bible
and read it prayerfully. Spend quiet time with God,
just you and Him, and ask Him to bless you with more
of His knowledge and guidance. Tell all your
relatives and friends that now you are a Christian.
Tell them of your repentance of sin and faith in
Christ. Attend church, especially Sunday school.
Tell the pastor of the church that you need more
discipleship study. Stay away from non-believers
and make friends with Christian believers. For all
your need go to God and talk to Him and ask in the
Name of Jesus. Give to the church with your time
and treasures and talents. Become a witnessing
Christian to the lost, so you may become a great
soul winner for the Lord.
The Lord Jesus Christ will use
you for the sake of His gospel. If you are willing
to serve Him and make yourself available to Him,
give all you have to the glory of God.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus
Christ be with you all. Amen 39.
